Prod­uct Software

• iLearn ( exe ) — This exe­cutable is the com­pan­ion appli­ca­tion for the iTach IR prod­ucts. This util­ity allows for the cap­ture of IR com­mands and con­ver­sion to GC-100 and CCF formats.
• iHelp ( exe )  — The iHelp util­ity is used to locate and con­fig­ure iTach devices and GC-100s installed on the network. Run iHelp.exe on a Win­dows PC con­nected to the same net­work as your GC devices. iHelp lis­tens for iTach and GC-100 mul­ti­cast bea­cons and dis­plays every MAC ID and IP address within one minute. Con­fig­ure your GC prod­uct by select­ing it from the list and right-clicking on Con­fig­ure to dis­play the setup pages on your local browser. This file is an exe­cutable and does not require installation.
• GC-IRL IR Learner Util­ity (ver­sion 2.2) ( msi 374 KB) — This is the com­pan­ion appli­ca­tion which is included on the CD shipped with GC-IRL prod­ucts. This util­ity allows for the cap­ture of IR com­mands and con­ver­sion to GC-100 and CCF for­mats.  This pro­gram requires the Microsoft .NET Frame­work Ver­sion 1.1.  If Microsoft .NET is not installed on your com­puter, you will be prompted to install it while installing the GC-IRL IR Learner Util­ity. Microsoft Net Frame­work Ver­sion 1.1 is required to run some Global Caché appli­ca­tions. Down­load the .zip file, open it, and run the pro­gram dotnetfx.exe to install. ( zip 21.73 MB)

• GC-IRL API Spec­i­fi­ca­tion ( pdf) — This PDF pro­vides infor­ma­tion on the GC-IRL IR Learner device.
• GC-IRE API Spec­i­fi­ca­tion ( pdf) –This PDF pro­vides infor­ma­tion on the GC-IRE IR Exten­der device.
• GC-100 API Spec­i­fi­ca­tion ( pdf) — This PDF pro­vides infor­ma­tion to assist installers, sys­tem inte­gra­tors and devel­op­ers in devel­op­ing dri­vers and inter­face appli­ca­tions for the GC-100.

Devel­op­ment and Testing

• GC-100 Test Util­ity ( msi 448 KB) — This .msi instal­la­tion file will install the GC-100 Test Util­ity. This small appli­ca­tion is for test­ing the func­tion­al­ity of the GC-100 Net­work Adapters and con­firm­ing proper operation.
• GC-100 Cre­stron Tem­plate — To down­load the updated beta tem­plate, you will need to sup­ply con­tact information.
• GC-CCF Con­ver­sion Util­ity (ver­sion 2.0) ( zip 205.98 KB) — This appli­ca­tion is a stand-alone con­ver­sion util­ity to con­vert GC-100 IR codes to Pronto CCF codes, or Pronto CCF codes to GC-100 IR codes.  This pro­gram requires the Microsoft .NET Frame­work Ver­sion 1.1.  If Microsoft .NET is not installed on your com­puter, you will be prompted to install it while installing the GC-CCF Con­verter Util­ity. • GC-Scan ( exe 96 KB) — This .exe util­ity is used to ver­ify GC-100 oper­a­tion, test IR codes and other oper­a­tions. We have mod­i­fied the orig­i­nal TCP­Scan appli­ca­tion (http://www.geocities.com/lpiergentili/tcpscan.htm) writ­ten by Luca Pier­gen­tili with his per­mis­sion specif­i­cally for GC-100 use. Please review the Readme ( txt 837 bytes) for this util­ity before you use it.
• IR Test Util­ity ( zip 17.99 KB) –This zip file con­tains a small pro­gram and readme.txt meant to assist installers, sys­tem inte­gra­tors, and devel­op­ers in test­ing the IR out func­tion­al­ity of the GC-100 IR ports.
