and Global Caché Announce Reseller Agreement
VIP Systems to include Global Caché Home
Network Adapter with leading Home Automation Solution
Orlando, FL - February 26, 2003 - (EHX Spring 2003 Booth
578) VIP Systems, a Home Automation provider and wholly owned
subsidiary of First Capital International Inc. (OTCBB:FCAI - News;
Frankfurt:FCAI.F) (Berlin:FCAI.BE - News), and Global Caché,
a manufacturer of products that enable technology in the home, announced
today that they have signed a Value Added Reseller Agreement allowing
VIP Systems to bundle the Global Caché GC-100 Home Network
Adapter with it's acclaimed VIP Systems home automation technology.
VIP's solution integrates electronic devices and the Internet into
a single, user friendly home management & media distribution
system. The Global Caché GC-100 Home Network Adapter connects
common household devices to a home network and the Internet.
