Global Caché Expands South African Distribution
Tesla Automation to Distribute Global Caché Products
with Automation and A/V Solutions

Jacksonville, OR - July 26, 2005 - Global Caché, the award winning provider of IP-enabling products for homes and businesses, announced today it has begun selling products through Tesla Automation, a South African distributor of high-end automation and audio video systems.

Global Caché’s flagship product, the GC-100 Network Adapter, is designed to IP-enable devices and appliances that otherwise could not be connected to a network, bringing Ethernet connectivity to infrared (IR) devices, serial (RS232) devices, and relay switches (contact closure), allowing them to be controlled using IP-based software. Global Caché also supplies IR learning devices, IR receivers, and sensors for use over networks. Tesla Automation, headquartered in Cape Town, distributes home automation products and provides services to custom electronics integrators and installers.
