Global Caché and Promixis Announce Partnership
Promixis and Global Caché Sign Agreement to Ensure Seamless Product Integration

Jacksonville, OR - January 25 , 2005 - Global Caché, the provider of award-winning products that enable technology in homes and businesses, and Promixis LLC, the maker of Girder and NetRemote, and a leader in PC and wireless remote control applications, announced today they have signed a strategic alliance agreement. The agreement provides the framework to ensure that their respective products work optimally together, as well as provides a structure for joint marketing.

Global Caché’s products include the GC-100 Network Adapter, a flexible and easy to use hardware device connecting IR, serial, and digital I/O (relay) devices to a network.
