Global Caché and Matrix Ingenuity Announce Reseller Agreement
Matrix Ingenuity to offer Global Caché Network Adapter with Interactive Training, Communication, and Presentation Solutions

Orlando, FL and Jacksonville, OR - February 25, 2005 - (EHX Spring 2005 Booth #641) Global Caché, a leading provider of products that enable technology in homes and businesses, and Matrix Ingenuity, a supplier of interactive communications and collaborative systems announced today they have signed a value added reseller agreement enabling Matrix Ingenuity to bundle the Global Caché GC-100 Network Adapter with its multimedia instructional solutions.

Global Caché’s products include the GC-100 Network Adapter which allows IR, serial, and relay devices to be controlled over a network; products that allow IR signals to be learned and sent over a network, sensors, and other IP enabling devices. Matrix Ingenuity provides interactive instructional and presentation solutions to government, educational organizations, and corporations.
