HomeLogic and Global Caché Announce VAR Agreement
Providing Complementary Solutions for Home Control and Automation

Indianapolis, IN - September 8, 2005 - (CEDIA Expo 2005 Booth 1215 and Booth 67) Global Caché,a leading manufacturer of IP-enabling products, and HomeLogic, a provider of leading-edge home automation solutions, announced today they have signed an agreement allowing HomeLogic to integrate and sell Global Caché products with their OneHome™ family of control and automation solutions.

Based on an open architecture, HomeLogic’s award-winning OneHome Entertainment and Control solution is comprised of an IP-controller, network head-end gear, and software that enables the integration of diverse systems from major manufacturers. Global Caché’s GC-100 Network Adapter allows common household devices to be connected to a network, enabling them to be controlled via network-based software. In addition, Global Caché provides products for IR learning, IR-in, sensors, receivers, and connectivity over a network. Together, these products provide flexible, easy-to-use ways for homeowners to browse, select, start and control audio/video systems from touch screens, computers and IR remote devices.
