Global Caché and Fusion Research Sign OEM Agreement for Home Theater Control Solution
System Utilizes MPlus Server Software and Global Caché Technology to Power New Theater Control Product to be Sold with ViewSonic Air Panels

Orlando, FL and Jacksonville, OR - February 24, 2005 - (EHX Spring 2005 Booth #641) Underscoring their close cooperative relationship Global Caché and Fusion Research, a licensee of MPlus Integration software, today announced an OEM agreement enabling the use of Global Caché technology in the newly shipping FR-2000 from Fusion Research. The product provides many advantages to the integrator, including a complete hardware solution with a more simplified installation setup.

Global Caché’s products include the award winning GC-100 Network Adapter, a flexible and easy to use hardware device connecting IR, serial and digital I/O (relay) devices to a network, the award winning GC-IRL IR Learner, and other innovative IP connectivity products for networked homes. Global Caché products are based upon open systems and accepted industry standards.

Newly formed Fusion Research, which designs and manufactures products focused on the quickly growing A/V control market, begins shipping the company’s first product, the FR-2000 this month. The FR-2000 is an attractive, high quality custom control system for theater automation, employing powerful MPlus Server software for customizable control and automation, and Global Caché’s interactive IR and serial technology, all in one integrated unit. The FR-2000 is engineered to work seamlessly with ViewSonic wireless Touch Panels and Global Caché add-on products.
