Global Caché and D3Data Form Alliance
Partnership Provides Framework for Marketing and Delivering Complimentary Solutions to Security and Video Management Markets

Las Vegas, NV and Jacksonville, OR - April 5, 2005 - (ISC West 2005 Booth #11140) Global Caché, the award winning provider of products that enable technology in homes and businesses, and D3Data, the developer and supplier of one of the world's leading security video management software platforms, announced today they have signed a strategic alliance agreement. The agreement provides the framework for the two companies to work closely together to deliver and market products that address the fast-growing network based video surveillance and management market.

Both companies provide network-ready solutions based upon open systems and accepted industry standards. Global Caché’s GC-100 Network Adapter is a hardware product designed to IP-enable devices and appliances that otherwise could not be connected to a network, bringing Ethernet connectivity to infrared (IR) devices, serial (RS232) devices, and relay switches (contact closure) allowing them to be controlled using IP-based software. Global Caché also supplies IR learning devices, IR receivers, and sensors for use over networks.

D3Data offers IP-Surveillance technology that bridges the gap between the analog and digital worlds. D3Data’s NETVM IP security video management software solutions are ideal for monitoring and managing high quality video streams over existing computer networks.
