Las Vegas, NV - January 9, 2003 - (International CES 2003 Booth #25199 and Booth #25213/Lunch@Pieros) Global Caché and CorAccess, both providers of products that enable technology in homes, announced today they have signed a strategic alliance agreement which provides a foundation for working together in marketing and delivering compatible and innovative solutions to the market.

"CorAccess and Global Caché are committed to providing affordable IP-based home control and automation solutions to our customers," said Craig Slawson, CorAccess President. "By becoming partners we will ensure that our products work optimally together, and our customers can feel confident that we are providing the best solutions possible to them."

The Global Caché GC-100 Home Network Adapter is a flexible and easy to use hardware device connecting IR, relay, serial, and digital I/O devices to a network. The GC-100 addresses the growing number of homes with high-bandwidth Internet and networking capability and enables the use of network-based software to control and automate diverse devices throughout the home, avoiding costly and complex proprietary systems.

CorAccess combines convenient, touchable interfaces with integrated home control systems, network media access, and enhanced proprietary lifestyle applications all on a consistent interface across multiple platforms, throughout the connected home. CorAccess adds enhancements like easy access to networked camera monitoring, digital photos, streaming digital radio, and communication services.

"The combination of CorAccess touch interface products and Global Caché's GC-100 Home Network Adapter is ideal for delivering easy to use, affordable home automation and control solutions," said Global Caché President, Walt Keller. "We look forward to working with CorAccess in developing and marketing highly optimized products to the quickly expanding home technology market."
