Global Caché and Cinemar Announce Reseller Agreement
Cinemar, Inc. to offer Global Caché Network Adapter with Media Management and Home Automation Solutions

San Jose, CA - August 18, 2004 - Global Caché, the award winning provider of products that enable technology in homes and businesses, and Cinemar, Inc., a premiere supplier of media management and home automation software, announced today they have signed a Value Added Reseller Agreement allowing Cinemar, Inc. to bundle the Global Caché GC-100 Network Adapter with its user-friendly media management and home automation software.

Global Caché’s products include the GC-100 Network Adapter that allows IR, serial, and relay devices to be controlled over a network; sensors; and devices that allow IR signals to be learned and sent over a network. Cinemar provides high-end graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for media management and home automation at an affordable price.
