Global Caché and Calypso Announce Reseller Agreement
Calypso to include Global Caché Network Adapter with Corporate Solutions

San Jose, CA - July 22, 2004 - Calypso Design, a provider of innovative solutions serving corporate, educational, and broadcast industries, and Global Caché, a manufacturer of products that enable technology in homes and businesses, announced today they have signed a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement. The agreement allows Calypso to bundle the Global Caché GC-100 Network Adapter, and other Global Caché connectivity products, with it's acclaimed video communication and broadcast solutions. Calypso products include software and hardware solutions that simplify, enable, and control video communications for TV stations, stadiums, museums, and educational facilities. The Global Caché GC-100 Network Adapter IP-enables devices so that they can be controlled and communicate over a network and the Internet. Global Caché also provides infrared (IR) learning devices, sensors, and analog to digital connectivity products. Combined, the products offer a powerful and cost effective solution for controlling and automating any environment.
