Calrad to Sell Global Caché Products
as Part of xLobby Home Theater Solution
Calrad's Newly Launched Multimedia Control Software will Access
Stand-Alone Equipment Using GC-100 Network Adapter

#359) Global Caché, a leading provider of connectivity products,
announced today that Calrad Electronics, manufacturer of a broad
range of electronic products will offer Global Caché’s
GC-100 Network Adapters, sensors, and IR receivers as part of their
new xLobby home theater solution. The integrated solution provides
seamless control and access to previously stand-alone equipment including
entertainment systems, lighting, and more.
Calrad recently obtained exclusive right to xLobby, enabling commercial
distribution of the popular and widely used software through its
established distribution network, including system integrators, ProAV
installers, and distributors. xLobby software enables convenient
access and control of media content and equipment from single or
multiple zones using a remote control, touch panel, or mouse/keyboard
interface.
Global Caché’s GC-100 Network Adapter physically connects
diverse devices throughout a home and business to a network so they
can be controlled, automated, and maintained by network-based software.
Global Caché offers additional connectivity products, including
an IR Learner, IR receiver and sensors that can be connected to a
network. Global Caché products are designed to work with other
standards based products.

the combination of xLobby software and Global Caché hardware
