Global Caché and Aurora Multimedia Form Alliance
Partnership Provides Framework for Marketing and Delivering Complimentary Solutions to Control and Automation Markets

Orlando, FL and Jacksonville, OR - February 24, 2005 - (EHX Spring 2005 Booth #641) Global Caché, the award winning provider of products that enable technology in homes and businesses, and Aurora Multimedia, a leading non-proprietary control systems company, announced today they have signed a strategic alliance agreement. The agreement provides the framework for the two companies to work closely together to deliver and market products that address the fast-growing control and automation needs for both the residential and business markets.

Both companies provide network-ready solutions based upon open systems and accepted industry standards. Global Caché’s GC-100 Network Adapter is designed to IP-enable existing hardware that otherwise could not be accessed over a network. In addition, Global Caché offers IR learning devices, sensors, receivers, and other network connectivity products.

Aurora Multimedia offers Web Access Control Interface (WACI) Systems, which include a built in web server and use Web Standard Programming Languages and off-the-shelf Web Authoring Tools to develop Dynamic Control Interface Screens. These devices, along with Aurora IBZ Series Touch Screens, and Aurora’s advanced audio and video processors comprise a part of the highly adaptive Aurora product line.
